Administrative Assistant (part-time)
A mid-size intellectual property firm is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join its Montenegro office.
Responsibilities
- Handling general administrative duties such as:
- managing electronic calendars; scheduling meetings, appointments, conference calls; couriering and distributing incoming and outgoing mail, faxes;
- Handling travel arrangements;
- Maintaining office supplies;
- Providing direct support to the entire office;
- Other administrative duties assigned by the Head of Office.
Skills & Requirements
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English;
- High school degree;
- One year of office experience working in similar administrative positions;
- Good writing and oral communication skills;
- Excellent computer skills;
- Able to manage time and work to deadlines;
- Responsible, organized, hard-working and a team player.
