The WSI Magazine seeks an energetic and self-starting Editor to acquire and edit 35 articles a week. Ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in translations, media, journalism or writing, strong communication, expertise of trends, and an undying passion for the reading and editing. Candidates must be proficient in grammar and usage, understand the application of house style, have a strong grasp of current events, be able to identify material that may need to be checked for accuracy and know how to make the checks, and demonstrate creativity in the writing of headlines and other display type. You should know how to fix a troubled story with skill and diplomacy, with no damage to the writer's voice. We expect a deep understanding of sound journalistic practice and ethics. Expected to work really hard to reach the prefixed goals. 
 

Clerical duties include

• Must effectively communicate with the authors and journalists;
• Routing all stages of proofing articles before publication;
• Report on a regular basis on the daily and weekly work.
