Operation Manager
Our ideal candidate:
- Will work in incoming-outgoing department for Montenegro and Balkan countries,
- Knows Montenegro tourism and hotels closely,
- Can manage b2b online systems,
- Knows hotel prices and transfer operations,
- Can plan tour packages and can make cost plans,
- Has good connections with local guides
- Is experienced in Visa matters,
- Can manage the flow of documents, understand the risk management and tourism accounting,
- Can make agreements with Montenegro hotels.
Qualifications:
- Fluent knowledge of English language
- Minimum 1 year work experience in a tourist agency
- Use of Ms Office programs
- Multitasking, time management, careful and has personal discipline
- Preferably a graduate of tourism
- Previous travel agency experience is a strong plus
