Looking for an IT Systems Administrator
We are looking for an IT Systems Administrator to join us on a permanent basis in one of the most exciting and innovative technology companies in Montenegro. 3G Proxy (www.3gproxy.com) is a Mobile Carrier based testing solution for mobile ads and services. Our testing/monitoring tool allows Advertisers, Ad Agencies or Ad & Affiliates Networks to test their products by using Mobile Carriers worldwide.

With this position you will be responsible for all IT infrastructure elements of 3G Proxy (including servers, workstations and networking equipment)
Responsibilities:
- Manage a large international distributed network of proxy servers in 50+ countries
- Advance our complex network architecture
- Implement an advanced monitoring system
- Develop a highly automated deployment strategy
Nice to have:
- Experience as a System and/or Network Administrator is preferred
- Experience with database management systems (MS SQL, MySQL) and web servers (IIS, Apache)
- Experience with setup and maintenance of windows and linux based servers
- Experience with networking components (i. e. routers, switches and firewalls)
- Fluently spoken and written English
- Multitasking skills
- Good problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills
- Must have a positive attitude and able to work in a team environment
- Strong critical thinking, analysis, and problem solving skills with attention to details
- Responsible, conscientious, organized, self-motivated, and able to work with limited supervision
