ACTIVITES:
- Assist the restaurant manager
- Drive and manage the restaurant team
- Survey and ensure the operations of the bar
- Create and maintain a good relationship with the kitchen
- Stock control
- Prepare the dining room and dress tables as per instruction
- Ensure that the guest is the priority of all activities
- Be at the absolute disposition of the guest
- Client Relations
- Guarantee a high standard of service
- Maintain an exceptional dining experience
- Correctly present, open and pour wine tableside
- Must have some familiarity with basic cooking skills
- Receive deliveries and store correctly
- Pursue all orders
- Extensive knowledge of all menus and specials including origin of primary products, seasonings, cooking techniques and flavours
- Execute meat and fish carving in front of the guests
- Assure the execution of a service in its entirety (including arrival and departure of the guests)
PREREQUISITES:
- High standard of spoken and written English
- 3 or more spoken languages preferred
- Strong Management Capabilities

EDUCATION:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Hotel Management Graduate/ Culinary Degree or Higher
EXPERIENCE:
- As least 5 years’ experience cooking in a well-established restaurant or full-service hotel
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position
- Previous experience in luxury establishments preferred
