ACTIVITES:
- Prepare the dining room and dress tables as per instruction
- Ensure that the guest is the priority of all activities
- Be at the absolute disposition of the guest
- Client Relations
- Guarantee a high standard of service
- Maintain an exceptional dining experience; delivering items, fulfilling customer needs, offering desserts and drinks, replenishing utensils, refilling glasses
- Correctly present, open and pour wine tableside
- Must have some familiarity with basic cooking skills
- Receive deliveries and store correctly
- Pursue all orders
- Present the bill
- Survey Front of House commis
- Excellent knowledge of all menus and specials including origin of primary products, seasonings, cooking techniques and flavours
- Execute meat and fish carving in front of the guests
- Assure the execution of a service in its entirety (including arrival and departure of the guests)
PREREQUISITES:
- High standard of spoken and written English
- 3 or more spoken languages preferred
- Flexible working hours subject to the demands of the business

EDUCATION:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Hotel Management Graduate Degree preferred
EXPERIENCE:
- 2 years’ minimum experience in a similar position
- Previous experience in a luxury establishment preferred
