ACTIVITES:
- Works in the designated station assigned by the Executive Chef
- Able to organise the assigned work area
- Check quality of incoming deliveries and store orders correctly
- Ensures that all products are stored properly in the correct location and at appropriate levels at all times
- Able to operate all kitchen equipment
- Able to produce high quality product in a timely and efficient manner
- Prepare all menu items by strictly following recipes and yield guide
- Communicate any assistance needed during busy periods and report any incidents to the Executive Chef or Sous Chef
- Wash and disinfect kitchen area, workstations, tables, tools, knives and other equipment
- Assist other team members in the kitchen when needed and perform any other tasks assigned by the hotel management
PREREQUISITES:
- High standard of spoken English
- Flexible working hours subject to the demands of the business

EDUCATION:
- Hotel Management Graduate or Culinary Degree
EXPERIENCE:
- 1 years’ experience in a similar position
- Previous experience in luxury establishments preferred
