ACTIVITES:
- Understands and executes the logic order of task completion
- Completes cleaning and turn-down-service in rooms
- Maintain and organize work trolley
- Cleaning of communal areas and restrooms
- Re-stocking rooms with welcome gifts, linen and bath amenities
- Control over equipment, linen and furniture
- Count incoming and outgoing linen stock
- Communicate well with the maintenance team, immediately signal all technical defaults to superior staff members
- Anticipate and Identify the guests’ requests and react swiftly
