- Proficient in Information and Technology and reservation and billing software
- Fluent in English and two other languages
- Respects work code and reception procedures
- Sound accounting skills
- Sound knowledge of methods of payment
- Able to describe all aspects of the hotel to the guests
- Fire safety regulations
- Security rules and regulations
ACTIVITES:
- Welcome guests and describe all hotel services
- Maintain commercial relationships with business partners
- Execute administrative tasks (reservation, timetables, sorting out mail)
- Execute accounting tasks (billing, payments…)
- Concierge service
- Apply inter-service communication procedures
- Ensure the transmission of inter-service information
- Orchestrate arrivals/departures
- Maintain solid relationship with all other services in the establishment
- Reflect the image of the hotel on and off duty
PREREQUISITES:
- 3 spoken languages including English
- High standards of spoken and written English
- Passion and excellence
EXPERIENCE:
- 3 years’ experience in a similar job
