For the purpose of expanding our organization and business in Montenegro, we are looking for dynamic, proactive, innovative, team oriented person to join our team on the position of:

 
Medical Representative  m/f

Job Purpose and main responsibilities:
  • Main purpose of the job is to achieve sales targets and maximize market share growth of the related products in the territory. Get access to and develop close relationships with target group. Take any initiative to support the promotion of the designated products.
  • Achieve territory sales, growth and market share targets for assigned brands
  • Implement and update a territory business plan (including identification of key customers, issues and opportunities, tactics/activities etc.)
  • Set up and implement call plan in territory according to targets
  • Lead, design, update and implement tailored action plans for key customers in close collaboration with other involved functions
  • Develop and nurture close relationship to target customers, take initiative and provide input to manage well key medical experts
  • Provide input to brand team for materials and initiatives. Contribute to customer targeting and segmentation including measures to increase potential of targets
  • Maintain excellent product and therapeutic area knowledge as well as selling skills to maximize effectiveness and quality of the customer calls, including presentations to customer groups
  • Provide and maintain competitive information (e.g. tactics, activities, materials)
Candidate profile and requirements:
  • University degree in Medicine, Pharmacy or Dentistry
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or similar function
  • Active knowledge and usage of English (both written and spoken)
  • Excellent track record for performance
  • Established network to target customer groups
  • Team oriented, problem solving, result driven personality
  • Readiness for frequent traveling within Montenegro, valid driving license
