Housekeeping Supervisor

Our Housekeeping Supervisor will oversee the housekeeping function in the destination (Marina village) and ensure its smooth and effortless operation. HK Supervisor is responsible for all the Public Areas operations of Housekeeping and to ensure the public spaces are clean and well maintained.

You will:

Organise, manage, and coordinate the operation of the Public Areas as the part of Housekeeping Department;
Cooperate with other organisational units in the Destination
To follow departmental policies and procedures
To report necessary maintenance items
To follow all safety and sanitation policies
Inspects all public areas are in compliance with established standards as they relate to safety, cleanliness and maintenance
Converses any challenges with the appropriate supervisor and managers
Create requirements and making orders for equipmnt and materials for storage and cleaning public areas;
Ensure regular maintenance services in the public areas;
Responsible for the use of housekeeping related products and tools;
Promptly address and resolve any complaints of the guests in cooperation with the line manager;
If necessary, take direct actions in cleaning of public areas.
