We are looking for Expert in the field of Information Technology
Operations and User Support officer
Belgrade
You would be ideal candidate:
If you meet following requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in banking system support and maintenance (user support, parameterization, problem analysis and troubleshooting, testing of new releases, quality assurance etc.)
- Experience in Asseco PUB 2000 application.
- Experience in MS SQL database administration (standard administration skills, ad-hoc scripts, performance monitoring, backup and log management).
- Very good understanding of banking business and processes.
- University degree in IT/Engineering
- Good knowledge of English language
- Reporting skills
- Programming skills
- Documentation skills
- Good communication skills and customer oriented approach
- Ability to work under pressure
- Well-developed organizational, planning and execution skills (able to set goals, develop plans and control implementation)
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work cross-functional and multi-task in challenging environment
- Ability to effectively interact with different levels of management
- ‘Can do’ attitude
- Team player
