A newly opened luxury boutique hotel in Sveti Stefan is looking for ambitious, experienced hospitality professionals to ensure a successful hotel launching and exceptional guest experience for the season. Job description:
- Prepare the dining room and dress tables as per instruction
- Ensure that the guest is the priority of all activities
- Guarantee a high standard of service
- Maintain an exceptional dining experience: delivering items, fulfilling customer needs, offering desserts and drinks, replenishing utensils, refilling glasses
- Correctly present, open and pour wine tableside
- Receive deliveries and store correctly
- Pursue all orders
- Present the bill
- Execute meat and fish carving in front of the guests
- Assure the execution of a service in its entirety (including arrival and departure of the guests)
Minimum job requirements:
- Flexible working hours subject to the demands of the business
- 2 years minimum experience in a similar position
- Must have some familiarity with basic cooking skills
- Previous experience in a luxury establishment preferred
- Fluent in English and local languages
