Cost control
Job description for Cost control, Finance department:
Work in conjunction with Manager restaurant
- Report on income on daily base;
- Report on income on monthly base;
- Prepare external invoice on daily base, submit to Finance department;
- Control and bookkeeping turn over on daily base;
- Prepare report on receivable collection.
Work in conjunction with FB /Chief and Procurement Manager
- Analyze invoices to ensure correct products/services were received in at expected procurement;
- Bookkeeping day to day all invoice in Accounting program per item;
- A cost controller tracks, analyzes and controls;
- Classifying costs by type per business unit;
- Prepare and control inventory process on monthly report:
- Prepare monthly report staff meal, good cost and loss;
- Prepare and ensure bookkeeping technologic cards per each meal in accordance with FB;
Work in conjunction with Finance department
- Organized and direct proper application of material – finance document;
- Day-to-day, you'll find forecasting expenditures:
- Bookkeeping on Google drive finance document on daily base;
- Submit documentation to Finance department on daily base;
