If you want to become part of a dynamic group, with the possibility of professional growth within the different environments that make it up, we look for a Designer with at least 3 years of experience able to perform the following activities:
  • Transformation of wireframe into layout
  • Generate the assets required by the different development teams
  • Information Architecture blueprint definition and development
  • Definition together with the Project Managers to the business requirements
  • Design team coordination
  • Creativity and problem solving
Oriented to web and mobile development for highly customized platforms. The candidate must be able to collaborate with a team of other Designers and other figures, like for example Project Managers, participating in weekly meetings aimed at improving the methodologies and technologies used in all projects.

Experience required:
  • English: Good, written and spoken. It is essential to know how to communicate independently with the Italian colleagues; Italian language is considered as a plus
  • 3+ years of experience as a Designer
  • Experience in interface design for desktop products, web and mobile apps
  • Ability to identify with different types of users and "Personas"
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to help the team to understand your own design and the mental processes that led to the final result
  • Strong sense of group and teamwork skills
  • Knowledge of fundamental concepts and best practices regarding ​user-oriented design

Responsibilities:
As a Designer you will need to keep your team constantly updated in terms of technologies, best practices, procedures and workflows; you don't have to simply monitor your team but you must also give them the opportunity to improve, work together and inspire them.

You will be part of the analysis of the projects that the company will have to evaluate, you will help the Project Managers to identify the specific requirements of the different projects and to coordinate the work of the other Designers, together with the other Developers from other departments.
