Legal Lead
Location: Montenegro, Serbia, Albania, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina
(one employee per each country)

Minimum job requirements:
- 3rd level Law Degree with a specialization in Human Rights
- Having first hand experience of local governmental legal programmes. Working with EU or international institutions (Brussels/ Vienna/ Florence/ Geneva) in the area of human rights and legal access programmes
- Exceptionally good communication skills both in written and verbal form
- Demonstrates effective decision-making skills
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Analytical skills
- Strategic, result-oriented thinker
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent working environment
