International Bridge is an international company specialized in shipping large volume small packages. We are currently looking for Customer Service Agents that would assist our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Handling online customer requests – in English
- Handling incoming telephone calls – in English
- Providing information to customers regarding services and procedures
- Working with Operations department and delivery partners
- Monitoring movement of the packages
Requirements:
- Fluency in English is obligatory
- Minimum High school degree (some university studies preferable)
- Computer skills
- Communication skills
- Ability to work in a team
- People oriented personality
- Goal oriented and intuitive
