Champagne Bar Manager and Sales Representative
Location: Porto Montenegro
Job description:
- Responsible for managing the champagne bar and sales office of the SunReef Yachts shipyard located in Porto Montenegro
- Mantaining bar according to the highest standards
- Doing regular stock-takes and ordering as necessary
- Promotion of the bar to among local clients
- Keeping statistical and financial records
- Management of the team of the waitresses while enjoying the excellent service and relaxed atmosphere of the marina
Minimum job requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in bar managing
- Experience in sales
- Previous experience in luxury establishments preferred
- Fluent in English
