Finance Manager
Location: Podgorica
Job description:
  • Lead and develop the finance team
  • Coordinate with the General Manager and the Management team in the formation and execution of the business strategy
  • Ensure preparation and submission of management accounts and financial statements under IFRS Standards
  • Maintain lending facilities, bank guarantees and manage relationships with banks
  • Implement, maintain and ensure adherence to appropriate internal controls to safeguard the assets of the Company
  • Prepare and manage the budgeting process as well as financial planning,analysisand forecastin
  • Plan and manage cash flow and monitor the performance of the Company
  • Ensure that effective accounting and reporting systems are in place
  • Coordinate and review the preparation of annual balance scorecard
  • Coordinate and review the preparation of annual balance scorecard

  • Assist the General Manager to drive strong performance management processes
  • Cooperate with the finance teams of the Group and handle treasury and funding responsibilities
  • Produce relevant reporting asrequiredandproviade regular updates on the performance of the Company to the Board of Directors and Senior Management
  • Ensure regulatory compliance with regards to statutory, Tax, VAT and other legal filings and registrations
  • Liaise with external associates such as auditors, banks,consultantsetc.
  • Enabling robust performance management of the business, including monthly management and KPI reporting and supporting quarterly business unit reviews
  • Financial planning & analysis that drives correct decisions and actions
  • Optimising treasury and tax positions
  • Maintaining proper systems of financial control
Minimum job requirements:
  • University Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or in a related field
  • 10+ years of relevant experience is a must
  • Member of a Professional Accounting Body (ACA/ACCA/CPA or equivalent body)
  • Fluent in English is an essential requirement for this role
