Retail Operations Manager
Location: One employee for Podgorica, one for Tivat
Job description:
  • Promoting  Montenegro Duty Free within the country, region and globally, delivering exceptional service, product and knowledge to our customers and ensuring sales, margin and profit are achieved in line with our overall business strategy
  • Overseeing and managing the day to day retail operations effectively and efficiently, maximising sales and ensuring the security of stocks and cash in accordance with company policy
  • Drive retail business turnover and profits
  • Drive staff Productivity through Reward and Recognition and developmental coaching
  • Consistently ensuring delivery of exceptional customer service and shop floor standards
  • Maximise financial returns from retail operations
  • Work with the Airport Operations team to ensure smooth day to day running of the retail space within the airport and resolve any operational issues
  • Ensure a fair and consistent performance management culture exists and drive the Performance Management Process through the Retail Management Team
  • Ensure Supervisors carry out regular reviews of the shop floor staff, and work with the General Manager to assess Supervisors, in terms of performance and potential
Minimum job requirements:
  • Minimum high school degree is required
  • Minimum 5 years’ experiences in the development and operation of retail operations
  • Travel Retail experience desirable
  • Experience in Buying/Supply Chain operations
  • Fluent in English is an essential requirement for this role
