JOB PURPOSE
The Company Driver is responsible to support the business by ensuring safe and timely driving of the company executives, clients, guests, and employees as per the business requirements. Maintains courteous and professional driving behavior at all times. The job requires assisting business operations and activities such as airport transfers, client site visits, document deliveries, support on company events and others.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Transport the employees, clients, guests as per the daily business requirements;
- Perform all driving activities safely and timely manner;
- Operate and maintain the assigned vehicle as per the traffic regulations;
- Pick up employees, clients, guests from and to the airport 24/7 as per the business requirements;
- Ensures no traffic violations and fines;
- Maintain driver log of all transport activities and services provided to the company;
- Comply with local regulations on various requirements such as motor license, vehicle tax, etc.;
- Informs the Company on a timely manner different vehicle requirements and schedules (yearly, monthly or as needed) such as maintenance, registration etc.;
- Comply with local regulations on driver assessments and license renewals;
- Serves at security support for the office whenever available due to non-transport activity for the day;
- Fosters a work culture that is built on the foundations of our organizational vision, mission and values;
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assign from time to time.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ABILITIES
Knowledge: Very good knowledge of the roads and traffic regulations.
Skills: Active listening, time management, coordination and customer service skills. Basic vehicle maintenance skills.
Experience: At least High School Diploma. Possess valid license. With minimum 3 years’ experience in driving and ideally for a company or service-related industry. Speaks English.
Abilities: Recognize vehicle maintenance needs, perform minor vehicle repairs and administer First Aid would be an advantage.
