Retail Supervisor
Location: One employee for Podgorica, one for Tivat

Job description:
  • Assisting with the preparation of timely & accurate monthly accounts
  • Reviewing monthly costs against budget/forecasts with departmental managers
  • Assisting with the preparation of statutory financial statements
  • Providing key financial reporting and ad-hoc analysis as required
  • Drive staff Productivity through Reward and Recognition and developmental coaching
  • Monitor and manage customer service levels with staff by spending majority of the time on the shop floor creating a culture which delivers excellent customer service.
  • Work closely with the Retail Managerial team to ensure high performance across the entire operation
  • Build positive relationships across the Montenegro Airport business in Podgorica and Tivat
  • Accountable for owning the relationships with Central Support functions e.g. Buying and Order Desk to ensure effective operations
  • Use the Buying and Supply portal to escalate stock and promotional issues
  • Recruit, coach and retain a high caliber of team members who are sales focused and have a passion for travel retail brands
  • Set and review key objectives for team members which are aligned with ARI strategy.
  • Generation of weekly and monthly KPI, Treasury and other reports and analysis required by the Business
  • Preparation and posting of general ledger journals
  • Preparation of balance sheet accounts reconciliations
  • Preparation and maintenance of the fixed asset register
  • Preparation & processing of monthly payroll files and preparation of related tax returns
  • Supporting the Montenegro Duty Free Finance team with on-going activities
  • Supporting the adherence to internal financial controls
  • Assist in supporting compliance with all Regulatory and Statutory obligations related to the Business
  • Liaising and working with stakeholders and third-party service providers
  • Gathering and analysing data in support of projects
Minimum job requirements:
  • Minimum high school degree is required
  • Minimum of 3 years retail experience
  • Proven track record in managing and motivating staff in a fast-moving retail environment
  • Excellent understanding of Microsoft Outlook (Navision desirable)
  • Fluent in English is an essential requirement for this role
