Mid-Level Full Stack C#/.NET Software Engineer for PreClear™

International Bridge has an immediate need for a talented C#/.Net software engineer, who will be working within a small, focused team on an innovative, AI-based, customs clearance platform. This is a full-time direct hire position located in Podgorica.

Responsibilities:
- Working closely with an engineering team to develop functional, scalable and performant microservices
- Writing high quality, clean, maintainable code using C# and JavaScript programming languages
- Designing and developing the domain logic, back-end systems and responsive user interfaces
- Developing and improving database models and corresponding persistence layers as well as improving, maintaining and migrating the existing database systems
- Practicing TDD by writing both unit and integration tests as well as developing automation tools for daily tasks
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate is flexible and able to adapt to quickly changing environments and has the additional following experience and skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related fields
- Several years of professional experience in software development
- Experience with C# programming language and the .NET platform (ASP.NET MVC/WebAPI are a plus)
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular, React or Vue JS
- Understanding of Object-Oriented principles and design patterns is a plus
- Familiarity with Machine Learning, AI and Image Recognition algorithms would be ideal
- Experience with DevOps and Microsoft Azure Cloud is a plus
- Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL database systems is a plus (SQL Server, Azure Table/Blob storage, Azure Cosmos DB)
- Troubleshooting skills and the ability to solve technical challenges
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English are required
- Strong desire to learn, experience new challenges and grow into positions of increasing responsibility
