The Chedi Lustica Bay is the first of eight hotels within Lustica Bay. Set on the front line of the marina, it provides a unique experience of waterfront living. Reservation agent
Help us create engaging experience for our guests, using all that our destination has to offer. Our guests are cosmopolitan, seeking sophisticated yet relaxing experience. We provide memorable, timeless service, and we are now growing our service team in preparation for the season.
Your role is:
- To attend and handle all incoming and outgoing room reservation requests, as per the hotel standards and procedures.
- To attract guests and to enhance their loyalty, providing a distinctive service through communication and sales skills, in order to improve the hotel's image and to increase revenue.
- To recognize potential clients and to transmit information to the Sales Department.
- To recognize VIP guests and to apply the concerned policies
- To maintain a good commercial relationship with all the bookers: guests/companies/agencies.
- To manage any guest complaint in a professional manner, by owning it, resolving it to the guest's satisfaction and recording it.
As an ideal candidate, you are:
- Full working professional proficiency in English and Montenegrin, additional languages are a big asset
- You have minimum one year of reservations experience in a high-end hotel property will be consider as advantage
- Knowing OPERA program will be consider as advantage
- You have advanced knowledge of MS Office suite
- You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- You have ability to be flexible, resourceful, service-oriented, and self-motivated
- Must be able to diagnose problem quickly and accurately and recommend and effect required solutions
