Your main tasks and responsibilities:
Supervise all regular and additional Maintenance Services to site facilities, by supervising and reviewing the day-to-day provision of services
Inspect facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance, inspects and maintains building systems (heating, ventilation etc.)
Make recommendations for improvement for all preventive and remedial technical requirements, scoping out indicative costs and supply options
Plan and prioritize all assigned tasks
Comply with the Destination/Town Health & Safety Plans, executing against preventative and reactive plans, undertaking all safety-related testing
Actively support the roll-out and completion of the Health & Safety training plan to support a safe environment
Undertake the activities for “additional works” for clients as required
Input into budgetary preparations, monitoring and escalation of variances for Asset and Facilities Management
Knowledge and skills required:
High School Diploma
Category “B” Driving License
3 years’ experience (or equivalent) in technician position
Strong technical knowledge of all building systems (electrical, heating etc.)
Fluent in Montenegrin and English, both verbal and written
Previous experience in supervisory role (Desirable)
Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Desirable)
