We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join the Team. You will have worked on multi-disciplinary projects and come from either a Civil Engineering, Construction or Architecture background. Hotel delivery and residential projects experience will be preferred.

- Being responsible for overall project delivery
- Managing diverse activities associated with real estate construction projects from inception through all phases of the project life cycle
- Managing and monitoring the activities of Contractors, Consultants, Government Bodies and invested parties
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- High level of experience in contract management, residential / hotel projects, design management and client management
- Budgetary and scheduling control within agreed timelines, quality and budgetary constraints
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- Attention to detail and quality management of high-end quality finishes
