Responsibilities:
- Setting up operations, establishing processes and running the day-to-day management of a dispatch team
- Supervising onboarding, and actively participate in continuous professional development of the dispatch team
- Tracking of daily performance
- Supervise the hiring process for the fleet, onboarding and trainings
- Manage scheduling for the fleet
- Preparing and analysing large data sets to identify operational bottlenecks and optimization opportunities
- Reporting
- Process optimisation
- Ensuring local implementation of global projects, in particular roll out of dispatching tools
- Working towards constantly improving customer experience
Requirements:
- Degree from university in Engineering, Logistics, Finance, Economics or similar
- Min 2-year work experience on similar positions
- Excellent analytical skills, ability to structure thinking and build efficient processes
- Familiar with modern technology
- Excellent MS Office skills, especially excel
- Willingness to learn new things and improve ways of working
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in teams
- Fluency in English
