Porto Montenegro is currently recruiting for a Pool Master to join our PMYC Pool team and provide the best possible experience to our clients and guests.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring all opening/closing procedures are in place for operation;
- Serving the guests and accommodating their needs with patience and kindness;
- Training all waiters and assistant waiters in food and beverage service standards, ensuring a high standard of personalized service is executed by all front-line members;
- Understanding and promoting upselling procedures within the team;
- Continuous training on food and beverage specifications;
- Overseeing kitchen upholds their quality standards;
- Ensuring grooming of staff is in line with company policy;
- Ensuring efficient service;
- Assisting in daily team briefings;
- Coordinating with reception regarding flow of people and allocations;
- Guest feedback handling;
- Using employee motivational tools in maintaining a good team synergy and performance.
To successfully fill this role, you should have the following:
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in 5-star service role;
- Fluency in English language;
- Supervisory experience in a similar or related field;
- Experience in dealing with clients or the general public;
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships.
