Your role is: 
  • To maintain high standards of all food preparation and service in the assigned kitchen
  • To assist in positive outcome from any guest queries in timely and efficient manner
  • To ensure food is stored properly
  • To achieve the highest standard through strict adherence to the hygiene and    sanitation rules & to fully understand the FSMS guidelines
  • Ensure the consistency in the preparation of all food items for a la carte an indoor buffet menu according to hotel recipes and standards
  • Complete daily checks of all mise en place to ensure freshness and quality standards
  • Fluent communication with the Executive Sous Chef in all the matters with the lower range positions in the kitchen, in term of satisfaction, motivation, and different problems that occur on a daily basis.
 As an ideal candidate, you have:
  • Previous experience as Chef de Partie at least 2 years, preferably with pizza making experience
  • Prior experience from a Hotel or a high-quality Restaurant.
  • Are used to work in a 5* environment and its speed and quality
  • Good English speaker
