We are currently looking for a passionate and motivated
HR & Office Assistant
to join our Podgorica office. The remit and focus of the role is to be responsible for Office Management & HR administration as well as organising exciting events. It’s a broad and fast paced role, so we’re looking for someone up for a challenge - if you’re a self starter and love working with amazing people, this is the role for you! We expect this role to support that by proactively organising creative and cost effective ways to engage employees (eg. pizza, breakfasts, birthday celebrations, regular team socials etc.), and by making sure the office environment is an amazing place to work!
In addition to this we expect the successful candidate to be responsible for the following on a day to day basis:
Organizing daily lunches for the officeManaging and tracking the office and social budget
Meeting and greeting guests, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and know where everything is
Administering all invoices and company contracts, working with our Accountant to ensure we’re compliant and following best practice.
Responsible for HR documents such as employee contracts, annexes, employment confirmation letters, vacation confirmation letters etc.
Assisting the People Team with onboarding and offboarding of employees
Assisting Senior People in organising training and training documentation
Being the Health and Safety Officer in the Podgorica office
We’re looking for someone passionate about creating a positive working environment and proactively thinking of new ideas to make the office a great place to work. Beyond that, we’d love to see:

Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritise work.
Focused on finding solutions when faced with problems and obstacles but not afraid to ask for help when needed!
Fluent in spoken & written English.
Great computer skills - use of Excel, Word, Google Suite, Slack and task scheduling/delegation apps.
Knowledge of GDPR and Montenegrin law regarding HR administration.
Minimum high school diploma.
Minimum one year of working experience with company administration (within an IT company would be an advantage).
Minimum one year of experience in HR in an international company would be beneficial.
Previous experience corresponding with partners and vendors, and multiple stakeholders would be an advantage.
Able to travel for meetings where necessary
