We are currently looking for Partner Relationship Associates to join the company. Our ideal candidate is someone who can add innovative ideas, experience, energy and enthusiasm into the mix. This is a commercial role, so the successful candidate will need to enjoy and thrive working in a fast-paced environment, be driven by clear targets and work well under pressure.
Due to the current situation with the COVID-19 epidemic, new employees will work from home as well as the rest of our team, for now. Therefore, it is essential for candidates to have a functional computer and a good internet connection.
Role and Responsibilities:
- There are many untapped opportunities for our company to grow our partnership relationships and expand more internationally. You will join the Partner Relationship team and be responsible for acquisition of new partners/affiliates in the international territories you oversea;
- As a member of the Partner Relationship team - you will assist in the creation of the team strategy by exploring new trends, programs, packages in the market, consumer trends and activities of competitors;
- You will co-ordinate the creation of partnership/affiliate assets as needed from our design/creative teams. You will have the support of our internal marketing, creative, and digital marketing team and work in close collaboration with them to enable implementation of the strategy;
- You will compile weekly performance reporting with accuracy and insight;
- You will work as a proactive member of the wider Marketing team offering ideas and insights across other key initiatives for the benefit of overall revenue targets.
About You:
- College degree;
- Fluent in English;
- Numerate;
- Strong PC skills, confident getting “hands-on” with data;
- Highly organized, precise, responsible person who has the ability to multi-task and multi-communicate;
- Ability to understand and adapt to other cultures and their working practices;
- Strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written skills;
- Creative thinker with curiosity, positive attitude, drive and collaborative spirit;
- Self-driven/hard working;
- Sales/Marketing/Content Marketing/Social Media Marketing/Online industry /Influencer/Communications/Public Relations experience all helpful.
