DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Preparation of daily spreadsheets for: complimentary/CDR consumptions, minibar, owners consumptions etc) based on Opera / Micros reports and documents. Processing in accounting software on monthly basis.
- Organizing teams for month-end physical inventories and planning the timetables for this purpose.
- Posting physical vs books differences to accounting software.
- Preparation of food & beverage cost reconciliations on monthly basis.
- Introduces new qualified vendors for renegotiation purposes and price verification.
- Verifying all materials invoices in terms of quantity and price, with delivery docket, receiving docket, purchase request, purchase order. Processing all material invoices in accounting software.
- Issue regularly slow moving item lists.
- Process Market and Alcohol List orders.
- Invite for Quotes and orders items in line with the requests.
- Ensure Timely Delivery of goods.
- Surveys market pricing.
- Preparation of recipe costing of all menu items in coordination with chef.Performing other duties as assigned by the supervisor / manager.
- Relevant experience in Finances
- Advance knowledge of Excel
- Good communication in English
- Willingness to work flexible working hours and ability to work under pressure.
