Duties
- In charge and responsible for maintenance of SWHCP (Sea water heating / cooling plantroom) and H&C infrastructure system
- Responsible for Handover process of plantroom, facilities and real estate
- Document preparation for H&C Registration in local municipality (simple BC, document preparation, communication with local bodies…);
- H&C to end users - Calorimeters setup, proper connection to BMS, proper readings of the status, define invoicing appearance and invoicing charging;
- Follow up of electricity consumption and H&C consumption comparing with income from selling H&C energy (financial control);
- HVAC- Budgeting, controlling O&M process, safety procedures, attests, educating technicians for routine jobs, contract with vendors for operation, safety procedures.
- LPG supervision, follow up, improvements
- LPG station and infrastructure in Portonovi - good understanding future responsibility and TOC process;
- Document preparation for LPG Registration in RAE (State body)
- LPG to end users: LPG meters - proper readings of the status, knowing hierarchy
- Defining invoicing appearance and invoicing charging; ▪ LPG supply, follow tank status, new orders, safety procedures, attests, vendors, spare parts;
- LPG - Budgeting, controlling O&M process, educating technicians for routine jobs, contract with vendors for operation.
- Any and all other duties as assigned by direct superior
- Mechanical Engineer bachelor degree
- Minimum 4 years of experience in works with mechanical installations
- Excellent knowledge about HVAC systems
- Excellent analytical skills
- Business acumen
- Problem-solving ability
- Knowledge of English language
