Job description:- Research and learn Serbia market, regarding to Soft and Hard Landscape needs.
- Monitor and report of all related trade marketing activities within the Agricultural industry, and analyze market dynamics /trends and make interpretations as well as recommendations to feed into future plans;
- Prepare, organize, and evaluate Serbia soft and hard landscape project field visits, including cooperation with Real Estate companies;
- Develop and innovate company materials in order to increase visibility of our portfolio and to drive brand/category/product awareness;
- Prepare strong support for all innovations, and create guidelines for Sales execution/field teams;
- Prepare monthly commercial briefing;
Desired Candidate Profile:
- At least 3 years of sales/trade marketing/category management experience;
- University degree in Economics or organizational sciences is an advantage;
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent presentation skills;
- Working experience in an international manufacturing company is highly preferable;
- Strong managerial and leadership skills;
- Hands-on approach and commitment to the expansion and success of the business;
- Strong cooperation and communication skills;
- Good level of English;
- Computer skills, strong PC literacy.
