SALES MANAGER
Financial markets industry
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Leading team of sales representatives
- Creating and implementing sales strategy to meet the company's goals
- Training and ongoing support for sales team employees
- Building a strong network of clients
- Creating weekly / monthly reports for management
- Communication between employees and management
- Coordination of all sales activities at the local and regional level
- Monitoring and analysis of sales statistics of sales team employees
- Development, training and motivation of the sales team in order to develop their skills
- Monitoring and analysis of sales statistics of sales team employees
- Ensuring the fulfillment of goals
- Providing daily support to employees in communication with clients
- Cooperation with HR service in the process of candidate selection and training planning
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 2-3 years experience on similar positions
- Experience in financial institutions is considered an advantage
- Working in call center sales is desirable
- Knowledge of world trends in the stock market
- Desirable sales experience in the field of stock exchange, Forex, CFD trading
- Fluent in English
- Leadership skills
- Responsibile person focused on teamwork
