We are currently hiring:
Architect & sales consultant
This role entails using a multidisciplinary approach to real estate investing — melding sales with design services by serving as a client’s real estate consultant and architect. Broad range of knowledge in the field or architecture with finely honed visual awareness and a strong understanding of various building materials and structures is necessary. Set of transferable skills, including communication and organisational abilities is a must.
Responsibilities- Sales strategy development
- Presentation of all project related materials
- Coordinating communication with construction team
- Adaptation and update of sales related materials
- Generating ideas and finding solutions for clients
- Coordinating day to day operations with project associates
- Coordinate with legal team on preparing the technical information for contracts
- Producing reports, composing correspondence
Requirements
- Bachelor of Architecture
- Experience working in a team
- Proficient knowledge of English, additional languages are desirable
- Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and architecture tools such as: AutoCAD, ArchiCAD…
