Management Trainees will go through an extensive training program on port management and operations in Antalya and Montenegro. Once the program Is completed, successful candidates will be assigned to first manager roles at the CTGC.

Selected candidates will start ther training program in Antalya in November.  Candidates who successfully complete the 3 month training program in Antalya, wll be relocated to Montenegro for the ramaining 9 months of ,,on the job training program''. After completing the year long MT Program, successful candidates will be placed in first line manager roles at the CTGC.
