International Bridge has an immediate need for a talented DevOps engineer to join our team. This is a full-time salaried position with full benefits.
Location: Podgorica, Montenegro
What You’ll Do:
- Implement systems-level infrastructure improvements to drive a high degree of reliability, scalability, and security
- Maintain and support our production applications as needed
- Identify and implement improvements to our CI / CD process (e.g. test automation frameworks and performance enhancements)
- Work with the engineering team to identify and create standards / best practices to improve the team's velocity, reduce production issues
- Stress test / instrument the system, identify bottlenecks, and address potential performance issues before they're actual issues
- Perform system improvements with minimal downtime and perform rollbacks as needed
Required Skills & Experience
- Proficiency with SCM tools (Git preferred)
- Experience with Systems and IT operations
- Experience with containerization tools like Docker
- Experience with Docker and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes, ECS, Docker Swarm
- Experience with continuous integration
- Demonstrated problem solving ability
- Experience with system automation
- Experience with distributed systems
- Experience with at least one major cloud provider
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
Experience level: Mid-Level, Senior
Preferable
- Experience building large-scale and highly available distributed systems
