JOB PURPOSE
The Administrator Officer is responsible to support the Program Management with various client service activities. The job aims to create high-quality experience, increase client satisfaction and trust to the company. Assisting on basic administrative support required in the office such as filing documents, record keeping, maintenance and creating positive ambiance/atmosphere for clients and guests.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Management of all kinds of administrative duties
- Provide team support and perform administrative tasks such as document filing, couriers, data management, etc.
- Prepare correspondence according to company standards and brand guidelines.
- Correspondence with business partners, lawyers and service providers
- Preparation of meetings, appointments travel arrangements, general correspondence
- Performs auxiliary client servicing tasks such as: arranging for guided tours and sightseeing, acquiring local SIM card, local transportation services
- Coordinates resource allocation needs with Program Manager and Administrator Manager
- Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned
- Reporting to company management
- Fosters a work culture that is built on the foundations of our organizational vision, mission and values
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor degree in Economy, Business Administration or related studies
- Experience and knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
- Fluent English language (both oral and in writing). Knowledge of other languages such as Russian, Chinese, Arabic is a major advantage
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in multicultural environment, efficient and advanced personal time management skills
- Mild and kind, reliable, communicative, fully responsible and service-oriented person, capable of multitasking
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office programs
- Time management skills with the ability to work with accuracy and minimum of supervision
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
