We are currently looking for a motivated and competent Office Assistant to join our Podgorica office. The remit and focus of the role is to be responsible for assisting in Office Management and help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the company.

It’s a fast paced role, so we’re looking for someone up for a challenge - if you’re a self-starter and love working with amazing people, this is the role for you! This is a full-time engagement to join our iGaming Group team of passionate IT professionals here in our Podgorica Office (Capital Plaza).

 
iGaming Group is a diverse company specializing in the iGaming Industry, Providing platform products for new and innovative Casinos. We are a group of individuals all working towards the goal of creating and developing the most innovative and exciting platform on the market for our clients. Responsibilities:

We expect this role to support that by being proactive and by making sure the office environment is an amazing place to work!

In addition to this we expect the successful candidate to be responsible for the following on a day-to-day basis:  
  • Organizing daily lunches for the office
  • Meeting and greeting guests, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and know where everything is
  • Being the Health and Safety Officer in the Podgorica office
  • Schedule and plan meetings and appointments
  • Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages
  • Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues
  • Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
  • Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
  • Maintaining supply inventory.
  • Maintaining office equipment as needed.
About you  
We’re looking for someone passionate about creating a positive working environment and proactively thinking of new ideas to make the office a great place to work. Beyond that, we’d love to see:
  • Passion for supporting and helping people and helping to make their lives at work better.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritise work.
  • Focused on finding solutions when faced with problems and obstacles but not afraid to ask for help when needed!
  • Fluent in spoken & written English.
  • Great computer skills - use of Excel, Word, Outlook, Slack and task scheduling/delegation apps.
  • Minimum high school diploma.
  • Minimum two years of working experience with company administration (within an IT company would be an advantage).
