· Project Initiation · Project Scope Definition and Confirmation with User. · Project Plan Preparation · Site preparation and Hardware Installation · User Business Process Study · User Requirement Gathering and Analysis · Documentation and User Training. · System Integration Test, Acceptance Test. The following are the major tasks for the project manager: · Act as Huawei’s central contact point on site for the all project matter; · Help for the pre-sales activities for the service part; · Overall in charge of all design activities of the project; · Manage Huawei’s project teams to deliver the project according to plan, specification and with high quality standard; · Monitor the progress of the project to ensure the completion is according to the agreed schedule. · Co-ordinate project progress review meetings on system design & delivery, project schedule, resources and quality assurance; Report the project progress to all involved parties periodically and on time.
