Employment Specialist (m/f)

What to expect of your role:

Our company is growing and we are looking for additional administrative specialist who will help us with employment procedures and communication with local authorities, as well as there will be a specific of work in obtaining work and resident permits for foreign employees. If you have relevant qualifications do not miss the opportunity to apply for our role.

You will be expected to:

  • Strong communication skills;
  • Proven experience in similar roles or responsibilities that are mentioned below;
  • Degree in Economics, Law or Business Administration; 
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
  • Highly computer literate with capability in email, proficiency in Excel and related business and communication tools
  • Knowledge of local labour law;
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills;
  • Knowledge of Serbo-Croatian language;
  • Upper-Intermediate English level is a must.

Will be an advantage:

  • Knowledge of Turkish or Russian language.

What you need to succeed in this role:

  • Maintaining the complete document flow of the company. Creation and maintenance of documents such as personal files and folders, registers, reports, data tables, etc. in cooperation with competent consultants;
  • Update and improve working documents to the requirements of the Laws in case of their changes;
  • Maintenance and management of the staffing table, list of staff working in the office including personal data, and all data on movements and changes should be recorded in one common working table accessible to other competent persons;
  • Control over the process of obtaining /issuing the necessary documents for the company/ employees, updating and timely transfer of data to the direct manager and a competent person of the partner company;
  • Assisting the HR (administrative) department in preparing all the necessary documents for the employment of a new employee, as well as in the dismissal processes;
  • Organization of the processes of obtaining and renewing the Work Permit and Residence Permit, if necessary, accompanied by legal consultants after agreement with the direct manager;
  • Continuous improvement of all processes by monitoring available information on the Internet, as well as, if necessary, obtaining advice from legal and consulting companies previously agreed upon with the immediate supervisor or director;
  • Create Employee`s Personal Folders in the Drive for storing the main documents (Business Invitation Letter, Application for employment, etc.), as well as additional or non-standard documents that were involved in the legalization process. Constantly monitoring and updating of data.
