For the needs of our Hard Rock Cafe Podgorica brand, we are looking for a new team members for the following job position in Budva:

Shop Supervisor
JOB DUTIES OF AN EMPLOYEE:
- Responsible for smooth operation of Hard Rock retail shops
- Making proficient sales transactions - using a point-of-sale system
- Handling cash and other forms of payment
- Providing accurate information about prices and services to the clients
- Responsible for monthly inventory control and reporting
- Maintaining the stock of the sales assortment at an adequate level
- Responsible for the financial operation of the shop
- Maintaining proper cash register balance
- Supervising and ensuring excellent customer service by team members
- Creating shift schedule for team members
- Responsible for operational problem that may raise
- Ensuring that the work environment is safe, secure and pleasantly set up
- Mentoring and teaching staffs on suggestive selling using proven techniques (i.e., related items, higher-quality items, transitional phrases)
- Display of goods according to brand standards
- Maintaining proper product stock levels – through retail pulls & inventories
- Solving client needs in a professional, fast and efficient manner
- Ensure great customer service at all levels
- Educating and attracting attention of all clients through product demonstrations
- Accommodation requets for larger group of tourist
- Keeping the store clean and tidy according to the brand standards
NECESSARY KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
- Work experience in the same or similar jobs is required
- Excellent knowledge of English is needed. Knowledge of additional languages will be considered as an advantage
- Orientation in achieving excellent results
- Availability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Proactivity, excellent communication skills and emphasize on soft skills
- Reliable, with high integrity and strong work ethic
- Punctuality and excellent organizational skills
- Dedication and desire to grow within our brand
- Eye for details and accuracy
- Mandatory driver's license B category
