About your position

Playing the role of a strategic bridge between the organisation's business objectives and its people initiatives, a Senior People Partner serves as key advisor to line managers. Through close collaboration and based on people analytics, they provide valuable insights and guidance, ensuring alignment between People strategies and business goals. They also coach the leaders in the areas such as performance management, employee engagement, as well as in people/team management.

Job requirements
  • Helping team leaders to create an effective onboarding plan for new employees and guiding/advising them through the onboarding phase; welcoming the new employees.
  • Coordinating the performance cycles from a process perspective (guidelines, timelines, format)
  • Working with leaders in creating PDPs (Personal Development Plans) and/or career plans for their team members, and coaching leaders in this domain.
  • Advising leaders in managing top, average and poor performance
  • Coordinating with the Employee Administration team to address career moves (promotions, role changes) such as giving information timely and accurately to EA team for new contract preparation)
  • Coordinating with the Finance, Legal, Tech and EA teams in relevant employee matters (exit procedures, salary changes, disciplinary procedures, company policies implementation etc.)
  • Advising leaders in creating action plans for a higher employee engagement (if a tool is used, helping leaders to interpret results of a particular survey and creating a data-driven action plan)
  • Addressing employee complaints, suggestions, requests and redirecting them if necessary to relevant teams, stakeholders
  • Working with leaders in defining upskilling and/or reskilling needs and organizing training programs if/when necessary
  • Working with leaders in preventing burn-out and promoting healthy atmosphere, habits and behaviours in their teams
Qualifications
  • Education
    • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.
  • Experience
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
