Your tasks will cover the following:
Your tasks will cover the following:
- Provide exceptional guest service experience demonstrated thorough understanding of the Nikki Beach concept and offerings.
- Welcome guests with courteous greetings and direct them to their tables, while maintaining a thorough knowledge of the menu, beverage list, promotions, and specialties.
- Serve and deliver food and beverages to the guests' tables and designated areas, adhering to Nikki Beach brand standards, guidelines, and procedures for food and beverage service.
- Present service in a fun, friendly, and professional manner, maintaining a guest-focused approach and ensuring an excellent guest experience.
- Execute all opening, daily, and closing duties as assigned, including preparation of food and beverage mise-en-place duties as required, anticipating guests' needs, and promptly responding to concerns and requests.
- Assess customers’ preferences and make appropriate recommendations, set up the restaurant according to daily layout and brand standards, and complete assigned duties prior to service while maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout shifts.
- Take and serve food and beverage orders, providing detailed descriptions of menu items, and enforcing all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and mandates as trained and instructed.
- Clear operating equipment to designated wash-up and storage areas, clear and reset tables according to service operating procedures and standards.
- Assist the waiter in preparing tables before serving food and beverages through mise-en-place.
- Ensure the presentation of the dining area by maintaining cleanliness of tables, chairs, side stations, floors, etc.
- Aid and follow waiter's instructions during food and beverage service, keeping the table setup clean and assisting in setting up buffet displays.

- Has genuine enthusiasm and a positive attitude when it comes to customer service and creating memorable events in english language
