Duties and Responsibilities:
- Registering incoming and outgoing invoices, bank statements into share portal
- Execute daily payments via electronic banking
- Maintain records of fixed assets;
- Preparation of travel orders.
- Generate invoices for customers.
- Receive and process incoming documentation, including making necessary calculations.
- Maintain records of retail sales in the trade book.
- Daily communication with bookkeeping agency,
- Preparation of specialized reports for HQ office,
- Manage personnel records, including sick leave compensation, and handle employee registration and deregistration.
- Prepare business documentation for banks.
- Communicate with state institutions to obtain and deliver necessary documentation for the company's operations.
- Provide monthly reports and metrics for HR.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures.
- Undertake additional tasks as needed for the company's development.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma, Bachelor's degree in Economy, Finance preferable.
- Proficiency in MS Office packages (Word, Excel, Outlook) and e-payments.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting.
- Experience in retail business.
- Demonstrated responsibility and ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with customs procedures for vehicle importation and documentation preparation for vehicle sales is desirable but not essential.
- Proficiency in English language.
- Driver's license, category B.
