Are you ready to lead and innovate in the dynamic world of real estate? Novogradnja.com, a new player expanding real estate digital platform, is seeking a visionary Business Development Director to drive our growth and shape the future of the industry.

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Director to join our rapidly growing real estate platform. The Sales Director will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the real estate industry.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create and execute effective sales campaigns
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competition, and customer needs
  • Foster strong relationships with key customers, real estate agents, and other stakeholders in the industry
  • Prepare and deliver reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and collective targets.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • 5+ years of sales experience, with a minimum of 2 years in sales management
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Deep understanding of the real estate industry and market trends
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets
  • Proven leadership and team management skills, with a dedication to drive and inspire.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
