 EXECUTIVE CHEF
work place: Budva and Tivat

Job description:
  • Supervise the preparation of high food quality and safety;
  • Supervises food service - the respect of quality standards;
  • Organize the work;
  • Orders, receives, stores and issues all food products;
  • Controls food costs and waste;
  • Creates a new recipe;
  • Train staff in the kitchen to perform activities in accordance with the standards;
  • Reports F & B director;
  • Participates in the preparation of menus and annual plan with the F & B director.
Job requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in similar jobs in the kitchen;
  • Experience gained working in hotels 4 * or 5 *;
  • Knowledge of HACCP standard;
  • Superior knowledge of food preparation (a la carte, bafe, cocktails, gala dinners);
  • Knowledge of a foreign language;
  • Knowledge of hotel programs (Micross);
  • Organizational and management skills;
  • Computer skills.
