EXECUTIVE CHEF

Job description:
- Supervise the preparation of high food quality and safety;
- Supervises food service - the respect of quality standards;
- Organize the work;
- Orders, receives, stores and issues all food products;
- Controls food costs and waste;
- Creates a new recipe;
- Train staff in the kitchen to perform activities in accordance with the standards;
- Reports F & B director;
- Participates in the preparation of menus and annual plan with the F & B director.
Job requirements:
- Minimum 5 years working experience in similar jobs in the kitchen;
- Experience gained working in hotels 4 * or 5 *;
- Knowledge of HACCP standard;
- Superior knowledge of food preparation (a la carte, bafe, cocktails, gala dinners);
- Knowledge of a foreign language;
- Knowledge of hotel programs (Micross);
- Organizational and management skills;
- Computer skills.
