Job description:
- Reservations, planning and organization of guests;
- Answering the phone, replying e-mails, scheduling and reservations;
- Prepare and organize reservations;
- Communicate with guest to ensure quality satisfaction with food and services;
- Preparation restaurant halls before guests arrive;
- Informing the manager, waiters and chefs about the time of arrival the guests;
- Knowledge of all meals, drinks and menu in restaurants in order to provide better information to guests;
Job requirements:
- Preferably experience in the same or similar jobs;
- Knowledge of English and Russian languages;
- Cultural, polite and nice person;
- Motivated, friendly, always smiling, with a desire for continuous improvement.
